Thank you to Clydesider Magazine for sharing their winning entry for their poem competition with Corra. The competition was open to all ages in West Dumbartonshire and this wonderful poem written by Grace O’Driscoll, an S2 pupil from Clydebank Highschool won!

Congratulations Grace, we think it fits in nicely with the #SameStormDifferentBoat conversation and captures how you’ve been feeling during Covid-19.

We’ve also been sent in this poster from 9 year old Mariyah on what she’s been missing during Covid-19, whilst she’s staying safe by being indoors.  We hope that everything that you’ve been missing, you get to do again very soon, Mariyah.

At Corra, we believe every voice matters and this includes the voices of children and young people.  If you know a young person who would like to join in on the conversation, please encourage them to get involved. We welcome as many creative forms as possible.  You can email shasta@corra.scot if you’d like a chat.
