The Scottish Government is inviting applications for membership of the Humanitarian Emergency Fund (HEF) Panel.
The HEF was established in 2017 by the Scottish Government to respond to humanitarian crisis . The Fund aims to provide immediate assistance and reduce the threat to life caused by natural disasters, disease or conflict. Further information about the HEF is available here.
An expert panel with representatives from leading humanitarian organisations plays an important role in advising on fund allocation. The appointment of the current panel members concludes in March 2020 and applications are now invited from potential panel members for the period 2020-23.
