How can independent funders work with local, regional and national public agencies in defined geographic areas? The Institute for Voluntary Action Research (IVAR) has published a series of case studies on place-based funding partnerships. Essential reading for anyone involved in cross-sector working, the research highlights eight key elements of collaborative funding in practice. Together with IVAR’s framework, published last year, the case studies form an in-depth look at place-based funding approaches. Corra Foundation’s Partnership Drugs Initiative was delighted to participate in this important research.
