This webpage is for grant holders of the CYPFEIF & ALEC Fund.

It contains information and updates relating to the management and implementation of the fund.

The lead contact of the fund will receive emails about important updates and information. We will also keep this page updated with the same information to enable easy reference and sharing with colleagues.

Year 5 underspend

If you are anticipating that you might have an underspend of your 2020-21 grant, please contact your Corra grant advisor and Policy Officer as soon as possible. This will give us the opportunity to jointly discuss the options available with you before the end of the current financial year. If you are not anticipating an underspend, you don’t need to take any action.

Year 6 grant offer letters

We will email your grant offer letter to you once the Scottish Budget has passed Stage 3 of Parliamentary approval, and at present there is no date set for this. We will need to have a signed grant offer acceptance back from you before funding starts in the next financial year. When we send your grant offer letter, we’ll let you know the date by which the grant offer acceptance needs to be returned to us.

Reporting and payment schedule

Progress reporting is every six months. The next reports are due as follows:

A link to your online personalised report template will be emailed to your organisation’s lead contact at least four week in advance of the date the report is due. This email will also contain up-to-date guidance on how to complete the report. If you do not receive this email, please contact sg@corra.scot.

If you have any technical difficulties or are unable to complete your report by the relevant due date, please let us know as early as possible so we can support you as needed. Contact your Corra lead for assistance or email sg@corra.scot.

We ask you to complete a schedule 2 form (grant claim form) for each of your quarterly payments, and a schedule 3 form (confirmation of expenditure) at the end of each financial year. The dates for these are shown in the tables below and we will send you reminders about each of these closer to the date they are due. Your personalised schedule 2 form is sent along with your grant offer letter. The schedule 3 template can be downloaded here.

Payments will be made before the end of the month in which the schedule 2 is due.
