The Decision-Making Panel members designed a process for assessing applications to The Promise Partnership. The assessment process been improved for each round of funding; the panel came together to discuss the successes and areas for improvement at the end of each funding round. One panel member said, “We should be trying to design a perfect pr ocess, then working to get as close to this as we possibly can.”
For each round an application goes through a Stage 1 process, which is a Due Diligence check that is conducted by a Corra grants advisor. Once this stage has been passed the application would then move to the Stage 2 process, which is a full assessment of the application that is conducted by the Decision-Making Panel.
