Announcing our new Chair, Jude Turbyne

Corra Foundation
Corra is proud to announce that Jude Turbyne is stepping into the role of Chair as of the 6th September. Jude has worked in and with the charity sector for most of her professional life, with managing roles at Christian Aid and the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR); she is the current CEO of Children in Scotland. Having been on Corra’s board for six years, most recently as Deputy Chair, Jude brings vast experience in the third sector together with deep knowledge of Corra. Jude said:
‘I am excited to be the new Chair of Corra, as we approach the midpoint of our bold ten-year strategy. We will continue at the forefront of good grant making practise, supporting and championing the third sector, and advancing best practice through policy discussions.’

We would also like to say a profound thank you to our outgoing Chair Luke McCullough, a Corra trustee since August 2015. Luke guided us through a period of organisational change and growth, helping to set our ten year strategy in 2020, and leaves us in a great position to build on this work. Luke wrote in our annual report:
‘This has been my last year as Chair and Trustee of Corra and I’d like to acknowledge what a pleasure and a privilege it has been. I wish the organisation well for the future, and know it will continue to make a positive difference for communities throughout Scotland.’
Thank you Luke, and welcome Jude!
