2024 Applicant and grant holder survey now open!

At Corra, we strive to make engaging and connecting with us as easy as possible. For the last five years, to help us improve this, we have sought feedback from everyone who has applied for, or received, a grant from us. The aim is to ensure that the experience for all applicants and grant holders feels fair, accessible and supportive. We are therefore pleased to announce that the 2024 Applicant and Grant Holder survey is open now until Friday 10 January 2025.

Every year we are humbled by the positive comments we receive. especially on the importance placed on our role within the third sector. In last year’s survey, 83% of respondents felt we listened and understood the needs of the third sector, and that we are willing to offer advice and advocate alongside people. As important are the comments and feedback telling us about how we can strength our processes. We hope in part this will help ensure we are listening and acting on what you tell us. For example: last year, in response to survey feedback, we offered pre-application chats as part of the Way Forward for Families process. You can read more about this and other actions we have taken in our 2024 Open and Trusting Progress Report. 

As we approach the end of the year, we once again are looking to hear from our applicants and grant holders. The opportunity is to share your views and experiences of working with us through our 2024 Applicant and Grant Holder survey. We value all suggestions and insights from your experience, whether a first-time applicant or a long-term grant holder. Your honest feedback is vital, and we will read and use every comment. The survey is short (only takes 10 – 15 minutes) and is completely anonymous.
