The Partnership and Delivery Grants are funds available through the Scottish Government’s Alcohol and Drugs Fund, administered by the Corra Foundation. This fund is linked to the Scottish Government’s and COSLA’s Alcohol and Drugs Strategic Plan; Preventing Harm, Promoting Recovery: Scotland’s Alcohol & Drugs Strategic Plan 2026 – 2035.

*IMPORTANT NOTE* The final date we can accept requests for initial conversations is the 3rd of August. Please get in touch by that date if you would like to discuss a proposal for this fund. 

Partnership and Delivery Grants are designed to provide funding to organisations that support people affected by alcohol and drugs. It aims to support larger third sector and public sector organisations which provide front-line, evidence-based access to support, treatment, care and recovery.

This fund will prioritise work delivered in partnership and which is collaborative, connected and embeds rights-based approaches to providing compassionate, trauma informed support.

The Partnership and Delivery Grants programme is open to Public Bodies or Third Sector organisations including, Scottish Charities, Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) or Community Interest Companies (CIC).  Private Sector companies are not eligible to apply.

Organisations can apply for funding of up to £120,000 per year, for work to be delivered up to April 2029.

This fund will open to applications in June 2026, and close to new applications at 1pm on 18th August 2026. We expect applicants to be notified of decisions by 31st October 2026.

Can I apply?

Eligibility

To apply for this fund your organisations should: .

  • Be a Public Body, Scottish Charity, Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) or Community Interest Company (CIC).
  • There must be at least three people on your management committee/board and have a bank account in the name of the organisation.

What can I apply for?

  • Grants of up to £120,000 per year, for work up to April 2029 are available.
  • Funding can be used for existing or new service delivery, general running costs, staffing, equipment, etc.
  • Only one application per organisation will be considered unless each application is for work in a different Local Authority area.

Stage 1: Read the fund criteria

Before applying, please make sure you read the fund criteria document which includes FAQs. This will be available to download from this page when the fund opens for applications. Use the purple buttons opposite to download these documents.

Stage 2: Complete the Online Eligibility Checker

To progress to an application, please complete the online eligibility checker on this page. If you are eligible to apply, you will be given information on how to arrange a pre-application conversation, a “welcome chat”. Stage 3: Contact our Grants Team

To access the online application portal, you will need to have an initial chat with one of our grant advisors. After this, we will provide the link to our online application form if your proposal is good fit for the fund.

Stage 4: Complete your application online.

Applications should be completed online. We will provide you with the online link as well as a Word template and detailed guidance. You will also be asked to send in a bank statement (no more than 6 months old), your most recent accounts and other supporting documents with your application form.

Stage 5: Confirmation that we’ve received your application form.

Once you have sent us your application, you will receive two emails confirming we’ve received your form. If you do not get these, please contact us at wellbeingteam@corra.scot.

Decision making process

Once we receive your application, the following happens:

Process Stage 1

Your application is assessed by a Corra grants advisor. They may be in contact with you to ask some follow up questions.

Process Stage 2

At this point, applications that do not meet the basic eligibility criteria will be unsuccessful and not progress further.

Process Stage 3

Next, your application is reviewed by a panel made up of people with Lived Experience of drugs and alcohol issues. Their input is gathered and recorded.

Process Stage 4

Your application is then reviewed by an Advisory Group which includes professionals working in alcohol and drugs support services, academic institutions and nationally commissioned organisations. Their input is gathered and recorded.

Process Stage 5

All assessment input is compiled and presented to the Scottish Government which meets to decide whether to fund the application.

You will be notified of the outcome of your application

When are decisions announced?

You can expect to hear the outcome of your application by November 2026, unless we notify you otherwise.

Can I get feedback if my application is unsuccessful?

We provide written feedback to all applicants and are happy to discuss this further with you once you’ve received your result.

What are the reporting requirements for successful applicants?

If successful, we will ask you to complete an Evaluation Planning Grid detailing your outcomes and timeline for the project.

We will ask you for an initial report 3 months after the project has commenced. Thereafter we’ll ask you to report annually and at the end of the project.

Reporting templates will be provided which will ask you about your progress against outcomes as identified at the start of the project. Reports should be completed online.
